Return and Refund Policy

• Thank you for shopping at webgrahak.in! We appreciate your trust in us and aim to deliver the best products with top-notch service.
• At webgrahak.in we do not accept returns once a prodcut has been delivered becuase prodcuts are customized. However, we uderstand that damages can occur during transit.If the product you recieved is defective or damage, we will offer a replace-ment options to the following condition:
  • You must share an unboxing video of the product that clearly shows the condition of the package at the time of opening.
  • The video must start before the package is opened and should show the entire unboxing process in one continous shot.
  • Without this video proof, we will not be able to process a replacement or refund the amount.
