Shipping Policy
- We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely.
- We offer Standard Shipping for all orders.
- Orders are ususally dispatced after payment confirmed and it will dispatch on same day or next day and delivered to client withing 5-7 business days or may be vary, Depeding on your location.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped. You will received tracking number via email or whatsapp.
- Use this number to track your order in real-time.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing an order. Wrong addrss mention may be order dealy or not delivered and it is not fault of the company. and Client is Responsible for any loss.
Delivery & Reutrn Policy
- Thank you for shopping at webgrahak.in! We appreciate your trust in us and aim to deliver the best products with top-notch service.
- At webgrahak.in we do not accept returns once a prodcut has been delivered becuase prodcuts are customized. However, we uderstand that damages can occur during transit.If the product you recieved is defective or damage, we will offer a replace-ment options to the following condition:
- You must share an unboxing video of the product that clearly shows the condition of the package at the time of opening.
- The video must start before the package is opened and should show the entire unboxing process in one continous shot.
- Without this video proof, we will not be able to process a replacement.
Design Policy
- We will send you one design draft for approval by whatsapp,email or website dashboard.One free revision are allowed for any minor changes or wholde design change.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check spelling, content, and layout carefully.
- Once approved, WebGrahak is not liable for any mistakes in the final print.
- We keep proofs for reference for a limited time (2 days) after place the order.
- Final approval means you accept color/spacing; printing will follow the aproved proof.
- For any mistake for final approval is fully responsible for customer and we are not liable for any replacement.
Payment Procedure Policy
- We accept payment after design approval.
- All payemnts are accepted by QR Code or Direct Bank Transfer. After Successfull payment receipt will be sent on whatsapp.
- Orders will not proceed to printing unless payment confirmation is received.
- Orders will considered as cancel or failure when no payment or design finalize by clients.
Limitation of Liability
WebGrahak is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the
use of our services or products.. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this
